Anti-Aging Eye And Face Masks

Anti-Aging Eye And Face Masks

I recently started incorporating sheet masks into my skincare routine. I was recently contacted by Nuvesse and asked to try there face and eye mask, of course I said yes! This is not a sponsored post but I was given product to review. I always give my honest opinions on any product reviews whether I pay for it or a company sends it to me. At the end of this posts make sure you click on the video below as I talk more about these masks and share a little demo.

So What’s In These Masks?

I was really interested in trying these masks after reading some of the ingredients listed on Nuvesse.

Firming & Anti-Aging Face Kit-Water, Isopropyl Alcohol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Beta Glucan, Glycerin, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Juice, Caffeine, Niacinamide, Kjellmaniella Crassifolia Extract, Hydrolyzed Sesame Protein, Copper Tripeptide-1, Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), Lavandula Angustifolia.

Firming & Anti-Aging Eye Kit-Water, Isopropyl Alcohol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Niacinamide, Beta Glucan, Tocopheryl Acetate, Glycerin, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Caffeine, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Juice, Copper Tripeptide-1, Kjellmaniella Crassifolia Extract, Hydrolyzed Sesame Protein, Lavandula Angustifolia.

The ingredients that excited me are as follows.

Sodium Hyaluronate- Helps replenish moisture which is so important for us mature ladies.

Retinyl Palmitate- Pure vitamin A plus fatty acide palmitic acid which works as an antioxident.

Acetyl Hexapeptide 8- Skin restoring

Beta Glucan- Helps improve the look of redness. Great for me as I have rosacea.

Caffeine-Helps reduce redness and aids in circulation. It’s also a great antioxidant.

Aloe Barbadensis- Helps soothe skin and is an anti-inflammatory.

I’m no chemist I’m a consumer just like you. But as a mature women I really check ingredients and I don’t buy into companies that make empty promises of anti-aging if they don’t have ingredients to back it up.

It doesn’t contain these

Just like my excitement seeing key ingredients I was also excited to see that these ingredients listed below are not in these products. This says a lot about this company.

Paraben, Sufate, Petrochemical, Dyes, Synthetic Fragrance or Gluten and it’s cruelty free.

These sheet masks are super easy to use each comes with instructions on how to properly use each mask. Mine came with a serum to use twice a day. The recommend using a mask a week and on the days you are not using the mask you use the serum roller.

I was only sent one mask and a serum for the first week. I really believe to get the full benefits and to see real results that these masks should be used for a month to really determine if they work for your skin. I’ll be using the serum rollers that should get me another week or so. For updates please make sure you Subscribe to my YouTube channel.

Here are photos before using the mask. Please be kind… it’s never easy sharing a naked face photo. By the way I’ll be turning 51 in a few weeks so you can see that I’ve always taken good care of my skin.

After

In conclusion I see a slight difference in my skin, but very slight. I do feel that my cheeks are less red and my eyes are not as puffy as before using the mask. I noticed it before and after I applied my makeup. Let me know in the comments if you used these masks and also if you see what I’m seeing on my skin.

Thank you, I have never used this masks but I will try. I used moisturizer only a few times during the winter when my face or hands were dry. But I did not get much better results than that moisturizer. So,Maybe I should use it now.

I started this blog many years ago to share my passion for home decor. My tastes have changed and so did I.
We recently moved to Florida and we are starting a new chapter. My main focus on this blog has shifted. With that I'll be sharing more than home decor.
You'll see makeup tips, skincare, fashion and a little bit of decor as well. You can check out my Youtube channel as well and follow me along. I'll leave all of my older posts up as a reference. But you'll see lots of changes.
