I hope you are not getting tired of my Rose photos. But these are still hanging on.Although some petals are starting to fall.I thought I would show you a little of my personal collection of rose dishes with some shots of one of my roses.
This is a rose pitcher I bought years ago.Love it displayed in my cloche on top of my white milk glass pedestal. An old worn mirror is a nice reflection.
I love this reflection of this rose and the mirror. You can see the aging on this old mirror.I just love it.
I am not sure what this old dish is.Is it a cheese dish?I love the roses on this. And the crackled finish is perfect patina for me.
Having some fun with picmonkey using the gritty setting.Love the muted color of this picture.Aren’t those roses on the dish sweet.
An old roses tea cup and some old lace.Love this look. You can see I have a weakness for roses.I love to display them. But only as an accent.
Paired with a wicker tray I found at a thrift store.Still using that gritty setting.I really love this look.
One more I promise love this reflection on the mirror.Which look do you like best. The Gritty look or the more vibrant look?
Now for the open house.Sherry at No Minimalsist here is hosting an open house and showcasing my home.I was thrilled when she asked me.She has a wonderful blog. Please go over and take a look.
Thank you for stopping by.I would love to have you follow along here with me.I am also on facebook and pinterest.

Hello Ms.Anne! I found you through Sherry and I am here to tell you that your home is absolutely gorgeous. You have great taste and have done a wonderful job. I am signing up as your newest follower and I’ll be back!!! xo Diana
I am in copycat mode (just did a post about it) and now I am going to have to copycat the whole putting the rose on the mirror thing. That looks beautiful! I love the gritty look, but the more vibrant is more feminine and shows off the rose more. I love all your flower posts!
I can’t decide which way is better. They’re all beautiful!
Love the pictures-both ways, and loving your new header! You are learning a lot in class!
Kris
Beautiful romantic pictures! I like it both ways. Visiting from Sherry’s OHP. Your home is lovely. I am now following you and am sure I will enjoy visiting often. Glad your DD is doing better – ” what does not kill us makes us stronger”. I will keep her in my prayers.
Congrats on being featured on Sherry’s blog! I’ll have to go check it out. Your pictures are so pretty. I haven’t tried any of those fancy settings yet. I think that little round covered dish might be a butter dish. I’ve seen some that are round like that. It’s very pretty!
That gritty effect is interesting … I may need to play around with PicMonkey. I’m still editing on Picasa’s new software.
And I’m heading out to get your house tour! I’m sure it’s stunning …

I haven’t visited in awhile. LOVE, LOVE the new blog header. It’s just gorgeous. And you can never have too many rose photos. I especially like the one you took with the covered dish. So pretty!
So glad your daughter is feeling better. I love your photos.
So pretty Anne. The rose and its’ surrounding vignette pieces are lovely. Glad to hear your girl is feeling better.
