This old scale

Hello Friends I wanted to thank you all again for you sweet comments.You all make my day.I enjoy reading and responding to them all.
I don’t know what it is about rusty or chippy pieces.But if you have been reading my blog you know how much I love anything old,rusty and chipped.

Found this rusty ol’ scale at a thrift store.Talk about patina lot’s of it going on here.The texture is amazing.

Isn’t it dreamy.I actually have this displayed in my kitchen china cabinet.But Lighting is not so good so I photographed this on my old farm table in my dining room.

Just for fun I added these pieces to the top.I love to layer things.This creamer is really sweet.

 I don’t know how this old scale is.Or how it got so rusty but I LOVE it!

This old scale has found new life in my home.It will be loved cherished,and put on display.
It’s a lovely thing.
